Institute Rules & Regulations

1. Code of Conduct

All students must maintain proper discipline and respectful behaviour inside the institute premises.

  • No teasing, bullying, or ragging under any circumstances.
  • Use respectful and non-abusive language.
  • Maintain positive behaviour with trainers, staff, and fellow students.
  • Follow all instructions given by trainers and management.

2. Attendance & Discipline

  • Students should attend classes regularly and be punctual.
  • Missed sessions will not be repeated individually.
  • Absenteeism may affect project evaluations or certificate eligibility.
  • Students must inform the trainer in advance in case of absence.

3. Behaviour Inside & Outside the Institute

  • Any dispute inside the institute must be immediately reported to management.
  • If a dispute or argument is taken outside the institute, the institute is not responsible for consequences.
  • Students must not harm the institute’s environment, reputation, or decorum.

4. Harassment, Misconduct & Abuse

Strict action will be taken against:

  • Any form of harassment (verbal, physical, emotional).
  • Use of abusive or inappropriate language.
  • Any misconduct with trainers, staff, or students.

Such students may be suspended or expelled without any refund.

5. WhatsApp Groups & Communication Rules

  • Only official WhatsApp groups created by the institute will be used for communication.
  • Students are not allowed to create unofficial groups using the institute’s name.
  • Trainers will not be added to unofficial groups.
  • Any conflict arising from unofficial groups is the responsibility of students, not the institute.

6. Outside Meetups, Trips & Personal Gatherings

  • If students meet, travel, party, or plan outings with batchmates outside the institute,
    it is fully their own responsibility.
  • The institute will not be responsible for any incident outside the campus.

7. Financial Transactions Among Students

  • Lending/borrowing money between students is not encouraged.
  • Any personal financial dealings are at student’s own risk.
  • The institute will not be liable for any monetary issues between students.

8. Fees, Payments & Admission Policy

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • In case of admission cancellation, the student may join the next available batch (if permitted).
  • Timely payment of installments is mandatory.
  • Late fees or unpaid dues may lead to restrictions on:
    • Access to course materials
    • Participation in classes
    • Certification
    • Projects or internship opportunities

9. Use of Personal Devices & Belongings

  • Students must take care of their own laptops, bags, mobiles, and accessories.
  • The institute is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

10. Infrastructure & Property Responsibility

  • Any intentional damage to institute property (chairs, computers, cables, lights, etc.)
    must be compensated by the student.

11. Project, Assignments & Performance

  • Students are required to complete all assignments, projects, and practice tasks on time.
  • Practical performance is considered during certification and internship eligibility.

12. Certification Policy

Certificates will only be provided if:

✔ Student has maintained required attendance
✔ All project work is submitted
✔ Fees are fully paid
✔ Behaviour is satisfactory

The institute may withhold certificates in case of misconduct or unpaid dues.

13. Media, Photos & Video Consent

The institute may use classroom photos, videos, project screenshots or testimonials for
marketing and educational purposes.

Students give consent by default unless they request withdrawal in writing.

14. Health, Safety & Security

  • Students must maintain personal safety and follow institute guidelines.
  • Any health-related issue must be informed to trainers.

By enrolling at Niksh Digital Institute, the student confirms:

  • I have read and understood all the above rules and guidelines.
  • I agree to follow the institute’s code of conduct and behaviour policies.
  • I take full responsibility for my actions inside and outside the institute.
  • I understand that fees are non-refundable.
  • I agree that the institute may take disciplinary action if required.
  • I will maintain discipline, respect, and professionalism throughout the course.

👨‍👩‍👧 16. Parent/Guardian Declaration (If Applicable)

For students below 18 years:

  • I have read all institute rules and agree to them.
  • I permit my child to participate in classes, activities, projects, and fieldwork.
  • I understand and accept the payment, behaviour, and attendance guidelines.
